The high-pressure fan can be installed at any angle, and it is firmly fixed on a horizontal and rigid foundation or base with screws. The basis weight is about 3 times of the high-pressure fan as the standard. Special attention should be paid to whether the base is uneven. If it is, the high-pressure fan table may be deformed when the bolts are tightened! A shock absorber can be installed to reduce noise. When there is no ventilation duct connected to the suction port, please install a wire mesh or filter to prevent dangerous or foreign objects from being inhaled.
Safety operation rules for fans
1. Rotate the blower by hand, and it should be flexible to ensure that there is no abnormal sound;
2. Start the fan and check whether the three-phase current is balanced, and its current must not exceed the rated current of the motor;
3. After turning on the fan, observe the operation of the motor and check the following:
A. Whether the motor vibrates, whether the screws are loose, and whether the ground wire is good;
B. When stopping, turn off the indicator light and turn the current phase change switch to the stop position;
C. There should be enough lubricating oil in the bearing seat;
D. Whether there is any abnormal sound in the motor and casing;
E. After stopping, check the motor and casing for friction marks (sweeping the box phenomenon);
F. After the fan has been running for a few minutes, slowly release the air door and observe the wind pressure. The wind pressure should be within the specified range, generally around 7cm (water pressure);
G. The operator strictly implements the shift system and keeps a record of the safe operation of the equipment.
Operation of high pressure fan:
1. Check the gap size of each part of the fan, whether the rotating part and the fixed part are scratched;
2. Check whether the rotation direction of the impeller is consistent with the label, whether each part of the wiring and instrumentation is normal, whether there are any abnormalities such as water leakage, electricity leakage, oil leakage, odor, abnormal noise, abnormal vibration, loosening, etc., if any, it should be eliminated;
3. Running at full load, no less than 2 disappears for the newly installed fan, and no less than half an hour for the repaired fan;
4. Close the regulating door. If the operating condition is good, then switch to full load (specified full pressure and flow) operation;
5. Check whether the oil level of the bearing is between the highest and lowest oil level;
6. ??After the fan starts, gradually open the large regulating door to reach normal working conditions. During operation, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40°C of the surrounding environment. The root mean square vibration velocity value of the bearing part shall not be greater than 6.3mm/s;
7. Emergency shutdown is required under the following conditions: The fan is found to have severe noise, the temperature of the bearing has risen sharply, and the fan has severe vibration and impact.
