    The high-pressure fan is used very frequently, so the vibration phenomenon will happen frequently, which must have an impact on the performance of the high-pressure fan. Therefore, we asked to investigate the cause of the vibration of the high-pressure fan, so that we can take precautions.
    After observation, we can find that the vibration frequency of the high-pressure fan will rise dullly during operation. This is mainly because the blades of the fan are getting more and more severe, so the balance between them will be destroyed. Therefore, the vibration problem of the high-pressure fan can be solved only if it is balanced.
    We want to install a hand hole door at the position where the mouthpiece of the casing radially faces the impeller. The important reason is that this place is close to the outer edge of the impeller, which is convenient for external operation by hand. When the machine vibrates, the first step is to stop the wind mechanism from running and open the hand hole door, so that the impeller can be added to the impeller outside the casing. After finding the equilibrium point, weld the impeller according to the weight and position to be added.
    In addition, there is another reason that causes the high-pressure fan to vibrate, and that is the accumulation of dust. The airfoil blade of a fan is the place where it is most likely to accumulate dust. When the dust accumulation reaches a certain amount, a large amount of dust will be thrown out of the impeller due to the centripetal force of the impeller rotation. At this time, the dust accumulation on the blades will not be uniform, resulting in unbalanced mass distribution of the impeller, which will increase the vibration of the high-pressure fan.
    In order to solve this problem, it is best to install a row of nozzles at the mouthpiece of the casing and adjust the nozzles to different angles. In this way, the ash flushing water can be used as the motive medium for flushing the ash. After reducing the load, stop the single-sided fan, open the valve quickly at the moment of stopping the high-pressure fan, use the inertia effect of the impeller to spray the non-working surface of the blade, and open the casing The valve installed at the bottom drains the flushing water away. If there is no dust accumulation, not only the vibration phenomenon of the high-pressure fan will be improved, but the quality and performance of the fan will also be improved.
