The main parameters of the vortex fan selection are based on: power, air volume and pressure (required to calculate), voltage, etc.
1. Determine what function of the high-pressure vortex fan is used on site, whether it is suction or blowing,
Find the pressure-flow curve corresponding to the high-pressure fan; if you read the wrong curve, sometimes the selected product cannot be used;
2. According to the calculated pressure and flow, find the working curve above the working point corresponding to both pressure and flow on the graph; then select the high-pressure fan model according to the working curve.
Vortex fan installation instructions
1. The vortex fan should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.
2. The direction of rotation of the vortex fan impeller must be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the fan casing.
3. When the high-pressure vortex fan is working, the working pressure should not be greater than 8kpa, so as not to cause excessive heat and motor overcurrent to cause damage to the air pump.
4. Except the two bearings of the motor rotor, the other parts of the vortex fan have no direct contact friction. The fan bearing installation methods are mainly divided into two categories. The bearings of the first type of air pump are installed in the pump body between the motor base and the impeller. This type of air pump does not need to be greased at ordinary times. The bearings of the second type of air pump are installed in the middle of the pump cover. The bearings of this type of air pump should be greased regularly (7018 high-speed grease). Once a month, the number of refueling should be increased for air pumps that work continuously in three shifts. The maintenance of the bearings at the fan end of this type of air pump motor is in accordance with the first type air pump.
5. The filters and silencers at the inlet and outlet ends of the vortex air pump should be cleaned in time according to the situation to avoid clogging and affecting use.
6. The external connection of the air inlet and outlet of the vortex air pump must be connected by a flexible tube (such as rubber tube, plastic spring tube).
7. Replacement of the bearings of the vortex air pump: The replacement of the bearings must be performed by a person familiar with the repair work. Loosen the screws on the pump cover first, and then remove the parts one by one in the order shown in the figure. The removed parts should be cleaned and then assembled in the reverse order. When disassembling, do not pry the impeller hard, use a special puller to pull it out, and don't miss the adjustment gasket, so as not to affect the gap that has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
8. High-pressure vortex air pumps are strictly forbidden to enter the pump body with solids, liquids and corrosive gases.
